With over 3,000 styles of caps & hats to choose from. Our warehouse holds over 3 million caps in stock at any one time. Using our highly skilled design department where we can now brand any cap either with embroidery or heat transfer - all orders delivered directly to our customers.
Unbranded Orders can be placed online - Ozow payment gateway is used for online payments - or email us with your order requirements @ enquiries@mr-cap.co.za : Please specify product description, product code when placing order enquiries, should you require branding - please attach your logo. Once we have received your order enquiry we will email you back with a full quotation, on order confirmation a proforma invoice will be sent with full banking details. Once full payments have been received then only will we process your orders.
FOR BRANDING - Should you require branding - please email us your logo in either jpg, pdf file so we can send you quotation for branding.

PAYMENT TERMS
All orders are EFT based through Ozow Payment Gateway - orders will only be released once proof of payment has been received.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- No goods will be returned or exchanged unless prior authorization has been obtained.
- We will not accept branded goods for exchange.
- Samples: No refunds/exchanges after 7 days of purchase.
- Orders: 7 days after the invoice date all returns/exchanges will be subject to a handling fee of 12% the total amount of the invoice.
DELIVERY / TRANSPORTATION
Orders delivered country wide at current courier rates and or via postal serivce, unless specified Mr Cap will send items via postal service. Iternational orders will be via postal service or as specified per order confirmation.
Un-branded items - please allow 5 to 7 working days, we will aim to deliver within 5 days, on stock availability.
Branded Items please allow 10 to 14 working days.
